Independent Safeguarding Consultancy & Training

About us
Safer Together is a relatively new venture, and my passion project. I made the decision to launch Safer Together as I believe that the safeguarding landscape has never been as complex to navigate as it is right now. Children, young people and vulnerable families are presenting with complex risk and multiple vulnerabilities – this can be overwhelming and challenging for practitioners at both and operational and strategic level to respond to.
Although I made the decision to launch in the midst of a pandemic – the timing feels right. Risk and vulnerability is only going to be further exacerbated as a result of the lockdown, and so it is imperative that practitioners and organisations can access expert training, support and consultation. And that is exactly what we are here for!

Partners
One of their key objectives is to amplify the voices of victims. So their objectives align perfectly with our ethos.
We're extremely proud to announce that Safer Together is part of the We Protect Global Alliance!
WePROTECT Global Alliance, is a coalition of 97 governments, 38 civil society organisations and 35 technology companies. They are dedicated to putting online child sexual abuse on the global agenda and mobilising a worldwide campaign to end it. Safer Together is beyond proud to be a part of it.
Government and law enforcement cannot tackle this crime in isolation; it is only through working in partnership with industry and civil society, and across borders, that we can be effective in working towards eradicating child sexual abuse online.

What people are saying
"Nikki recently attended the Midlands ASB Managers Forum, to deliver a presentation on county lines and cuckooing. She delivered the information in a clear and accessible manner, ensuring that it was tailored to the needs of the audience. She was very receptive to questions and gave lots of practical information that delegates could take away and use to make a real difference to practice. Feedback was incredibly positive and I would highly recommend Nikki for any education and awareness needs that you may have."
